The email address used for your Ticketmaster account cannot be changed. If you wish to change it, kindly create a new account using the correct email address and submit a request to us. We will disable your old account from further usage upon receipt of your request. Upon creation of the new account, please note that you will need to verify it with a valid mobile number in order for you to be able start using it. Your existing ticket orders if any, will be moved over to the new account upon verification of the new account. Ticket confirmation email will not be sent again.
To retrieve your tickets, you may login to your Ticketmaster account under My account > My tickets to view your purchase history.
