​To change the mode of ticket delivery, please contact the Fans Experience Specialists via hotline. Provide them with the necessary information including Name, mobile number and email address for verification purposes as well as the order confirmation number. Reprinting fee will be applicable in addition to the charges for the selected mode of ticket delivery. For requests to change to PAH tickets, kindly note that all delivery fees (if any) made previously is strictly non-refundable.

It's important to note that requests can only be made by the owner of the Ticketmaster account used to purchase the ticket(s).
