All customers must present confirmation of their VIP Package purchase and their tickets to the show to collect VIP Merchandise. Please note this information is only valid for VIP Packages purchased through Ticketmaster Singapore.
The following collection details only relate to the following VIP Package classifications:

* Karma Is My Boyfriend Package (VIP2)
* I Remember It All Too Well Package (VIP3)
* Ready For It (VIP4)
* It's A Love Story (VIP5)
* We Never Go Out Of Style (VIP6)
VIP PACKAGE MERCHANDISE COLLECTION LOCATION / DATES/ HOURS OF OPERATIONS

* Collection Location: VIP MERCHANDISE COLLECTION TENT AT OCBC SQUARE
* Dates: From February 28th to March 9th, 2024
* Hours of Operation: 11:00 am - 8:00 pm
** All VIP merchandise collection must be collected based on the location and times referenced above. Merchandise will not be shipped under any circumstances for addresses out of Singapore. If you fail to collect VIP Merchandise based on the location and times referenced above, it will result in a total forfeiture of the VIP merchandise.
COMMON Q&A (VIP Merchandise Collection/ Delivery)
1. When will I receive the VIP Merchandise? / Why have I not received my VIP Merchandise? / I want a tracking number for my delivery
Delivery of VIP merchandise for the Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour has commenced progressively since mid February. Merchandise will only be delivered to fans who have indicated a valid local Singapore address/ valid local contact number in your Ticketmaster account before 20th January 2024, 11:59pm SGT. Fans with non-Singapore address must collect their VIP merchandise at the above-referenced location (refer to ** VIP PACKAGE MERCHANDISE COLLECTION DETAILS**).
As delivery for the merchandise is currently in progress, we seek your patience on this matter. You may wish to email firstname.lastname@example.org for further assistance on tracking your delivery.
2. I will like to change my mailing address now / Can you check if my address is correct? / I have just updated my mailing address in Ticketmaster account
As informed previously, all addresses changes (if required) should be done no later than SGT 11:59pm, 20 January 2024. We are sorry but we will not be able to facilitate any change of addresses now as all the addresses have been passed on to the delivery team; shipping has commenced and is currently in progress.
Please remember, VIP merchandise will not be shipped outside of Singapore.
3. I have filled up a correct local address, why isn't my VIP Merchandise delivered?
There are a few scenarios why you may not have received the package via shipping:
- In your Ticketmaster account profile, under the field "Country of Residence", you've not selected Singapore, thus your request will not be processed in order to minimise failed deliveries.
- The update of address is done only after the indicated dateline for address updates
- There are multiple addresses updates provided
- Failed deliveries due to incorrect address/ contact number -- For such cases, kindly contact email@example.com for further assistance
For fans who have been advised that your VIP Merchandise cannot reach you via shipping due to the above reasons, please be advised to self collect on-site with your event tickets and order confirmation, unless otherwise advised.
4. I am not able to collect the VIP Merchandise, can I appoint a proxy? / What do I need to bring with me for the collection? / Can I collect in advance?
A proxy may be appointed to collect on behalf of you. Please have with you a copy of the order confirmation as well as all the tickets eligible to receive the VIP Merchandise. For collection dates and time, kindly refer to ** VIP PACKAGE MERCHANDISE COLLECTION DETAILS**
5. I received the VIP Merchandise but there are missing items / I have a damaged item / The number of boxes received is incorrect
