You may purchase a maximum of 6 tickets per transaction during the Presales, and the General Sale.
Please adhere to the published ticket limit. Persons who exceed the ticket limit may have any or all of their orders and tickets cancelled without notice by Ticketmaster at its discretion. This includes orders associated with the same name, e-mail address, billing address, credit card number or any other information.

Artiste Presale
All fans who sign up by Monday, 7th September, at BrunoMars.com can join the Artiste Presale. You'll receive an email by the morning of Friday, 11th September containing the Presale details.
Live Nation Presale
This Presale is for Live Nation members only. Live Nation members must access this Presale via the Live Nation website. Become a member by signing up on the Live Nation website.
Important information for purchasing tickets
When will the waiting room open?
The waiting room will open 30 minutes before the start of the sale. When sales begin, fans in the waiting room are assigned a spot in line. Once you reach the end of the queue you’ll be able to purchase tickets. Visit our help page for more information.

- Check your Ticketmaster Account details are up to date, and have an accepted payment method ready.
- Use one account, one device, and one browser to join the queue.
- If you’re looking at tickets for multiple dates, you can use multiple tabs to join each individual sale once. Don’t use multiple tabs for one date.
