How do I transfer ticket(s)?

Ticket Transfer makes it possible to share tickets with your friends and family! Whether you're buying for a group or gifting someone a surprise ticket, you can transfer tickets with a few clicks:

1. Sign in to your Ticketmaster Account.
2. Navigate to your event by clicking My Account in the top right and clicking My Tickets.
3. Find the event within your tickets and click ‘Transfer’
4. Click Transfer.
   NOTE: If the Transfer button is not displayed, your tickets are not eligible for transfer.
5. Select the ticket(s) to transfer.
6. Enter the recipient's Ticketmaster Account in the email field and click Submit. To keep your transfer secure and to ensure that it reaches the correct recipient, kindly ensure the accuracy of the recipient's Ticketmaster Account information. 
7. Once the transfer is ready to be processed, a unique transfer code for your recipient to accept the ticket(s) will be generated and displayed.
8. Copy the unique transfer code by clicking on the Copy symbol. Send the transfer code to the recipient. The recipient must use the same Ticketmaster Account you've entered previously in order to accept the transfer ticket(s) on their account. Once accepted, the ticket(s) will no longer be active in your account.

Check the status of your transfers (including the transfer recipients) by clicking on View My Transfer History or by going to Transfer History within your Account.
