How do I accept transferred ticket(s)?

Accepting tickets is easy! Follow these steps and you’ll have your tickets in no time. It’s always a good idea that you know and trust the person who's transferring tickets to you.

1. Sign in to your Ticketmaster Account. Create one if you are new* to Ticketmaster. 
2. Click My Account in the top right and click Receive Transfer.
3. Enter the unique transfer code received from the sender and click Submit.
4. Tickets to be received will be listed. Please confirm that the tickets are correct before accepting them. Check the box to accept the Terms of Use after reading. 
5. Click on Accept Ticket Transfer to accept the ticket(s). Should the recipient's Ticketmaster Account does not match the one entered by the sender, a pop-up notice will appear to notify the recipient. The recipient should then contact the sender to cancel and redo the process by entering the correct Ticketmaster Account. 

6. View your tickets by clicking Received under the My Tickets tab. 

   All transfers must be completed by 23:59hrs on the day before the date of the event. Ticket transfer function is not available on the day of the event.
