Some events may have rules and restrictions that will not allow for transfer of ticket(s). If Ticket Transfer is not available for the event, the "Transfer" button will not be displayed.
Some of the reasons why the "Transfer" button is not displayed/ available for events:
- The venue doesn't offer Ticket Transfer yet
- The Artist or venue turned Ticket Transfer off for that event/section
- The event was cancelled (In such cases, refunds will go to the original purchaser of the tickets)
- The event already took place
Ticket Transfer is only available via Mobile Ticket and must be completed by 23:59hrs on the day before the event. This function will not be available on the date of the intended event.
