To upgrade your ticket(s), please contact our hotline. All upgrades are subject to ticket availability and applicable terms and conditions. Please note that ticket downgrades and date exchanges are not permitted.
Only the Ticketmaster account holder who originally purchased the tickets is authorized to request for any upgrades. This service is only available through the Fan Support hotline and is subject to approval. Fans are not able to process ticket upgrades on their own.
Refunds will not be granted under any circumstances for excess tickets bought outside the official upgrade process.
