If you wish to upgrade a ticket, this can only be done via our hotline and is subject to tickets availability and applicable terms and conditions. Kindly note that we cannot downgrade tickets or exchange your tickets between dates.
All requests for upgrades can only be made by the owner of the Ticketmaster account used to purchase the tickets. This service is only available through the Fan Support hotline.
Refunds will not be granted under any circumstances for excess tickets bought outside the official upgrade process.
