Ticketmaster will send over an order confirmation email to the email address you supplied during your booking, up to 72 hours after purchasing your tickets. If you did not receive an email confirmation please check the email that you have registered with us is the correct email address. Please also check your junk or spam folder to ensure that your email provider hasn’t misfiled the email. As the ticket confirmation number is unique to each order, we are not able to resend the email confirmation for security purposes.
Your payment to us will also appear on your card statement as pending charges after the booking has been processed. If you cannot find confirmation of your booking through these avenues, you will still be able to check if your booking has been made by following these steps:
1. Sign into your Ticketmaster Account.
2. If you have booked online, your order will appear under My Account > My Tickets
