It is strongly recommended that the owner of the payment card used for the ticket purchase is one of the attendees to the event. This is to protect the interest of the ticket holder in the event of any potential disputes on the event day. Kindly note that all requests can only be made via the owner of the Ticketmaster account with the registered e-mail address that was used for the purchase(s). Should cardholder differs from the owner of the Ticketmaster account, it is encouraged that the attendees to always have a copy of the credit card used for the transaction in the event of a need to conduct verification checks.
