Sign into your Ticketmaster My Account to get started. Remember, any updates made to your My Account profile only affect future purchases and won’t impact past orders.
You can update the following information:
- Edit Profile: *Update your name, phone number, password, address.
- Edit Marketing Preferences: Add, edit or delete Ticketmaster email subscriptions
*Changes can only be made a limited number of times, subject to terms and conditions.
Some changes, like updating your password, require you to have access to the email address used to sign into your Ticketmaster My Account. Changing your delivery address will update your details for any future bookings.
Updating a mistyped or incorrect email address
Check to see if you accidentally provided an incorrect email address when creating your My Account. Sign in with the email address used and update it under the My Profile section of your My Account.
