Ticketmaster offers several different delivery options so that you can receive your tickets in a way that is most convenient for you. Please note that available delivery options vary between events, and some delivery options may not be available for certain events.
If you would like to request a change to your delivery option, please contact our Fans Experience Specialists. No refunds will be given for any delivery charges made.
Print-At-Home (PAH) Tickets
These tickets are available as PDF format with a barcode. To retrieve them, simply sign in to your Ticketmaster account and navigate to your My Ticket page. From here, you can view and download and/or print your tickets for admission. There is no charge for this delivery option. A PAH ticket is a valid ticket – you do not need to change it to a physical thermal ticket.

Collect your physical tickets at the Box office on the event day. The owner of the Ticketmaster account that was used for the ticket(s) purchase must present their order confirmation number and photo ID to collect the booking. You may be asked to provide your email address and contact number used for the booking for further verification. Venue collection is charged at $5.00 per purchase order.
In the event the owner of the registered Ticketmaster account is not able to collect the tickets, a proxy may be appointed by filling up this Letter of Authorization (LOA) and following the instructions on the LOA. Proxy may be subject to verification checks as well for security purposes.
Mail / Courier Services
You can choose to have the physical copies of tickets mailed / couriered to you at your address registered in your Ticketmaster account. Standard mailing charges is at $3.00* per order and is non-trackable. This service is provided by SingPost, the designated Public Postal Licensee for Singapore.
Courier Services cost $15.00 per order and you will be able to track your delivery. As tickets will be couriered during office hours, please ensure you provide a daytime address where someone is available to sign for the receipt of the delivery. For contact purposes, a local contact number will also be required in the event the courier company is unable to deliver for whatsoever reasons.

Mobile Ticket (applicable to selected events only)
Mobile Ticket is free of charge. Immediate delivery of your QR coded tickets to your account. You can use your phone to scan the Mobile Ticket for admission.
