A ticket order has not been transacted if you have not been prompted to enter or confirm your credit card details.
If you are unsure about whether your order has been processed, you can check under My Tickets on your Ticketmaster My Account. Sometimes, it may take a few minutes for the transaction (if any) to be reflected. We also recommend checking your bank card statement to see if any payments have been processed.
