Digital ticket(s) are valid tickets that can be used for the event. You do not need to change them to physical tickets. Please retrieve the digital ticket(s) from your registered Ticketmaster My Account.
Should you wish to reprint the digital tickets into physical tickets as keepsakes (or for whatever reasons), it can only be done so at a fee if:
- The ticket purchase was made using your Ticketmaster account. Kindly produce the required documents upon request including but not limited to physical copy of photo ID (SingPass accepted), credit card used for the purchase and ticket order confirmation for verification purposes.
- None of the tickets have been scanned or used. We will not be able to assist if any of the ticket has been utilized.
- All tickets under the same order number must be reprinted. Partial reprints of selected tickets within an order are not permitted.
Ticketmaster Singapore reserves the right to make changes, modify, or alter the terms and conditions at its sole discretion at any time without prior notice.
