Unable to sign in to My Account

Sign in with Apple and Sign in with Google are no longer available on Ticketmaster, so you'll need to sign in to Ticketmaster directly with your email address and password. For more information and troubleshooting steps, visit our help article.

Check to see if you accidentally provided an incorrect email address when creating your account. Sign in to our site with the email address used to create the account and update it under the Profile Details section of your account.

If the issues listed don't describe your circumstance and you still can't access your account, you'll need to create a new account using a valid email address that is not already associated with a Ticketmaster Account.
