Ticketmaster offers several ticket delivery options to enhance your event experience. Please note that available selections may vary depending on the event, and some delivery options may not be available for selected events. For a seamless entry experience, we recommend retrieving your tickets in advance. Screenshots and/or photos of tickets or QR codes will not be accepted for entry.
If you have selected:
Mobile Tickets/ Google Pass
Mobile Tickets/ Google Pass can be conveniently accessed from your Ticketmaster Account/ Google Wallet! Learn more about Mobile Tickets here.
If you are transferring tickets to other members of your party, please note that Ticket Transfer function closes at 11:59 PM (SGT) on the day prior to the event date. Kindly ensure any transfer is completed before this cut-off time.
A few tips to breeze through at the gates:
- Make sure your phone is fully charged before leaving home.
- Download your ticket before arriving to the event. Data may be slow at the venue and could delay your entry.
- Have your ticket open and ready on your phone before approaching the gates.
- Ensure your screen brightness is turned all the way up.
Print-At-Home (PAH) Tickets
These tickets are available as PDF format. To retrieve them, simply sign in to your Ticketmaster account and navigate to your My Ticket page. Download and save the PAH tickets in advance and present them on your device or print your tickets clearly on A4 sized paper for admission.
Physical Tickets
Physical tickets are printed tickets that provide entry to your event. Please keep your tickets in a safe condition and avoid folding, tearing, or damaging the barcode/QR code area. Always remember to bring the tickets with you before arriving at the venue, as reprints or replacements may not be available on the event day.
