If you have an existing account with Ticketmaster and would like to use Apple sign in, make sure that your Apple ID email address matches the current email in your Ticketmaster profile. Using a Hide My Email address during sign in may create a second account.
Will I still receive all email communications if I sign in with Apple using the Hide My Email feature?
To ensure you receive all communications about your tickets, we recommend either sharing your real email address when signing in and always keeping email forwarding enabled in your Apple ID settings if using Hide My Email.
If you signed up using Sign in with Apple's Hide My Email, you may not receive important emails from our ticketing partners and venues. This is a limitation of how Apple's relay service works — it only allows emails from Ticketmaster directly.
If you choose to disable email forwarding within your Apple ID settings after creating your account or signing in, you will not receive important updates from Ticketmaster including ticket delivery, event updates, venue changes, and order information.
