Ticket reprinting may be offered for selected events only and is not guaranteed for every event. Ticketmaster Singapore reserves the right to make changes, modify, or alter the terms and conditions at its sole discretion at any time without prior notice.
If you wish to request a ticket reprint, please note that this service is subject to availability and a reprint fee, and will only be processed if the following conditions are met:
- The ticket purchase was made using your Ticketmaster account. Kindly produce the required documents upon request including but not limited to physical copy of photo ID (SingPa.ss accepted), credit card used for the purchase and ticket order confirmation for verification purposes.
None of the tickets have not been scanned or used. We will not be able to assist if any ticket has been utilized. All tickets under the same order number must be reprinted. Partial reprints of selected tickets within an order are not permitted.
