Ticket reprint services may be available and vary by event, and may not be offered for certain events. Ticketmaster Singapore reserves the right to make changes, modify, or alter the terms and conditions at its sole discretion at any time without prior notice.
Should you wish to reprint your tickets, it can only be done so at a fee if:
- The Ticketmaster account used for the ticket purchase belongs to you. Kindly produce the required documents including but not limited to physical copies of photo ID (SingPass accepted), credit card used for the purchase and ticket order confirmation for verification purposes.
Ensure that none of the tickets have not been scanned or utilized. We will not be able to assist should any of the tickets have been used. All tickets in the particular order number must be reprinted. We are not able to accede to requests for partial tickets reprint.
