We are also pleased to offer you the option to pre-collect your tickets at selected box office(s) during operating hours (i.e. when the box office is open for other events) with priority always given to fans who are attending the same-day event:

- Mediacorp Theatre
- The Star Performing Arts Centre
- Capitol Theatre
Fans who intend to pre-collect are strongly encouraged to contact us prior via Hotline to ensure availability of pre-collection services. Ticketmaster reserves the rights to amend the terms and condition of such collection of tickets at any time without prior notice.
