Changes to the ticket delivery method are only permitted between digital and physical formats. Any digital-to-digital changes are not allowed. Please note that delivery options differ by event, and certain options may not be available for some events.

Mobile tickets change to Print-At-Home Tickets (vice versa): NO
To change your ticket delivery method, please contact Fan Support through the hotline. Be ready to provide your name, mobile number, email address for verification as well as the order confirmation number. Reprinting fee (if applicable) will be in addition to the charges for the selected mode of ticket delivery. Kindly note that any previously paid delivery fees (if there is) are strictly non-refundable.
It's important to note that only the owner of the Ticketmaster account used to purchase the ticket(s) is authorized to make such requests. Ticketmaster Singapore reserves the right to make changes, modify, or alter the terms and conditions at its sole discretion at any time without prior notice.
