Changes to the ticket delivery method are only permitted between digital and physical formats. Any digital-to-digital changes are not allowed. Please note that available delivery options vary between events, and some delivery options may not be available for certain events.
Physical Tickets change to Mobile Tickets (vice versa): YES
Mobile tickets change to Print-At-Home Tickets (vice versa): NO
To change the mode of ticket delivery, please contact Fan Support via hotline. Provide them with the necessary information including Name, mobile number and email address for verification purposes as well as the order confirmation number. Reprinting fee (if applicable) will be in addition to the charges for the selected mode of ticket delivery. For requests to change to other ticket delivery options, kindly note that all delivery fees (if any) made previously is strictly non-refundable.
It's important to note that requests can only be made by the owner of the Ticketmaster account used to purchase the ticket(s). Ticketmaster Singapore reserves the right to make changes, modify, or alter the terms and conditions at its sole discretion at any time without prior notice.
