In the event the owner of the Ticketmaster account used to purchase the tickets is not able to collect the tickets personally, a proxy may be appointed by filling up this Letter of Authorization (LOA) Kindly follow the instructions stated on the LOA. A physical copy of the LOA will need to be presented together with the required documents at the Box Office. A service fee may be incurred should Proxy arrived without the physical copy of the LOA. Proxy may be subject to verification checks as well for security purposes. Please take full responsibility of your Ticket Purchase Confirmation e-mail.
