When you're ready to buy tickets to your next event on Ticketmaster, take a look at these tips to help make your experience smoother.
1. Check your Ticketmaster account. Create or sign in to your account and check that your details such as email, phone number are up to date.
2. Keep your phone close. You may be asked to enter a sign-in verification code.
3. Prepare in advance for checkout. Notify your bank for any required purchase authorizations or to check spending limits.
4. Stick to One Device. Join the queue from one browser on one device. Additional attempts to join could kick you out of the queue.
5. One Tab only. Accessing the sale from multiple tabs may cause you to lose your place in line.
6. Bot Detection is Live. Disable any browser extensions that may cause you to be flagged as a bot.
7. Your Spot in Line. Your spot in queue will automatically update as you move up in line.
8. Check out the Seat Map. You can see how the venue will be arranged for the event. Sections that are darker in colors means there are still tickets available within those sections.
9. Browse and Buy. Select your tickets from the preferred sections and complete your purchase within the allotted time.
