The email address used for your Ticketmaster account cannot be changed. Instead, you can create a new account using the correct email address and submit a request to us. We will disable your old account from further usage upon receipt of your request, provided there are no active ticket purchase orders in the account. Upon creation of the new account, please note that you will need to verify it with a valid mobile number in order for you to be able to start using it.
We can only disable Ticketmaster accounts with no active ticket orders. Remember, accounts once disabled cannot be reinstated.
To retrieve your tickets, you may login to your Ticketmaster account under My account > My tickets to view your purchase history.
