By signing up for a Ticketmaster My Account, you can gain exclusive access to tickets to the hottest entertainment and sports events, information and resources to help you plan and expedite your purchase as well as managing your tickets and preferences. You can create an account through Ticketmaster.sg. Creating an account is free!
To create an account, follow these steps:
- Click or tap Sign In/ Register.
- Select New to Ticketmaster? Sign Up.
- Fill up the Account information as required then select Next. You need to verify both phone number and email before your account can be fully created.
- Click or tap Add my phone to fill in your phone number, then Add number.
- Type the code you received and select Confirm code. Standard data and messaging rates may apply.
- Select Verify my email and check all of your email inboxes and folders for a message from @email.ticketmaster.com.
- Enter the code received in the email and select Confirm code.
- Select Done.
Your account will be fully created once your phone number and email address are verified.
What are the benefits of creating a Ticketmaster My Account?

Troubleshooting
It says I already have an account. What should I do?
If you’re getting a message that says you already have an account, select Sign In. If you can’t remember your password, simply follow the link to reset it.
I have not received my one-time code. What should I do?
If you haven’t received your one-time code, you can select Request a New Code. Please make sure to check all your email folders and make sure that your phone is not on Do Not Disturb. If you need more help, please visit How do I verify My Account by phone and email.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
Please visit How do I Reset My Password and follow the instructions to reset your password.
I don’t have a mobile device/SMS messaging. How do I verify my phone number for my account?
You can also use a landline phone to verify your account. Just enter your preferred phone number — there’s no need to indicate that the number is a landline. If your number is recognized as a landline, we’ll call you on your landline to provide the code to verify your account.
Unfortunately, we can’t utilize Google Voice or Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) to verify your account.
